Working method
solution-oriented, individual, intercultural
In my psychological counseling, your personal situation is the focus. With a solution-oriented, individualized approach, I will support you on your journey. My work is based on experience in psychological health care, organizational psychology, and mindfulness practice.
I am particularly familiar with the challenges and opportunities that intercultural living environments bring. I am also deeply involved in supporting people with disabilities and their families.
In psychological counseling, we work together to develop individual solutions tailored to your needs and circumstances. Through targeted exercises and methods, we find practical ways to help you reshape your life according to your own wishes.

Method
ACT: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
A major component of my psychological counseling is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a modern approach to cognitive behavioral therapy. ACT helps individuals address emotional challenges with mindfulness and compassion, without losing sight of their own values and goals. This method combines acceptance and mindfulness with practical action and change.
The goal of ACT is to increase psychological flexibility so that you can act authentically and in accordance with your values in a constantly changing world. Together, we will work to help you overcome inner blocks and focus on what truly matters to you.

In addition, I incorporate the approach of Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS understands the personality as a system of different inner parts, each with its own perspectives, feelings, and functions. Through mindful perception and appreciative dialogue with these parts, greater inner clarity, self-compassion, and balance emerge.

Responsibility
My Responsibility as a Psychologist
As a psychologist, my highest priority is to support you responsibly and compassionately in challenging life situations. I work according to the highest ethical standards, with a clear focus on your individual needs. In my counseling, I place great importance on professionalism, trust, and confidentiality. Each session is conducted with care and respect, providing you with the space you need for your personal growth. My goal is to offer you the best possible support - grounded in sound psychological methods, a conscientious approach, and genuine humanity.
